Webtronaut Innovations LLC ("FilmMortal") runs filmmortal.com. This policy explains what we collect and why.
What we collect
- Account details: name, email, company, website, role, and a securely hashed password.
- Marketplace content: project listings, slots, briefs, offers, messages, signatures, proof of placement and uploaded images.
- Payments: processed by Stripe. We receive payment status and limited details (such as the last four digits of a card), never full card or bank numbers.
- Technical data: IP address and basic logs, used for security and rate limiting.
How we use it
To run the marketplace, show public listings, deliver notifications and emails about your deals, process payments and payouts, prevent fraud and abuse, and improve FilmMortal. We don't sell personal information.
Who sees what
Project listings and brand briefs are public, except contact details. Offers, messages and deal rooms are visible only to the two parties and FilmMortal staff. We share data with service providers that help us operate (hosting by Vercel, database by Neon, payments by Stripe, email delivery) under their privacy terms, and when the law requires it.
Cookies
We use one essential cookie to keep you logged in. No advertising cookies.
Your choices
You can update your profile in Settings. To delete your account or get a copy of your data, email support@filmmortal.com. Records of signed deals and payments are kept as long as needed for legal and tax purposes.
Security
Passwords are hashed, sessions are signed, connections are encrypted, and access to deal data is restricted to the parties involved.
